We're pleased to announce that connectMyClub will be exhibiting at the National Running Show, taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 30 and 31 January 2027.

It's our first time on the exhibition floor, and we'll be bringing both connectMyClub and ActiveSafe along to meet clubs, committee members and volunteers face to face.

Why we're going

Most of the clubs using connectMyClub found us through word of mouth, a recommendation from another secretary, or a Google search at exactly the moment their spreadsheet stopped coping. The National Running Show gives us a chance to do things the other way round: to meet clubs before the admin becomes a problem, and to show what a club platform built specifically for running, athletics, triathlon, and cycling clubs can actually do.

We'll have the team on hand to walk through the platform properly, rather than a rushed two-minute pitch. Bring your questions, your pain points, and if you fancy it, your current spreadsheet.

What we'll be showing

connectMyClub — membership management, training setup, payments, and the features clubs tell us they actually use day to day, including LiveMap for real time location sharing on runs, Garmin and Strava sync, and what3words emergency buttons for group leaders.

ActiveSafe — our anonymous safety reporting tool, giving members a safe way to report incidents and clubs a clear picture of what's happening around their sessions and local area.
