We've been working with a couple of triathlon club to develop an alternative option for membership renewals. The updated membership system now supports individual renewal dates, as a replacement for renewal window on an individual basis.


You can now enter a renewal date when adding new members to the club's members list, whether through a spreadsheet upload or by adding an individual member. Renewal dates can also be added or edited directly in the individual member's profile on the club's members list.


When it's time to renew their membership, the member will receive an email to inform them. They will have five days to complete and submit their membership form while retaining full access to all app features. After this period, if the form is not submitted, the app will only display the membership form, restricting access to other features until the form is completed.


We hope this revised approach proves helpful if the current membership renewal period doesn't fit with your club's operations.
