Getting started

connectMyClub is built specifically for running, triathlon, athletics, and cycling clubs. Most club management apps are designed for team sports — we focus on what endurance clubs actually need: training session management, Garmin and Apple Watch integration, parkrun support, route libraries, and governing-body compliance tools.

Sign up for a free trial at connectmyclub.co.uk/sign_up. No credit card is needed and you can optionally request a personal demo during sign-up. We'll get to know your club and help you get set up.

Most clubs are up and running within a day. The club portal walks you through configuration step by step, and we're available to help at any stage. Importing existing member data is straightforward — we support CSV uploads and can assist with data from other platforms.

Yes. We help clubs migrate from Spond, Coacha, ClubBuzz, spreadsheets, and other systems. Get in touch and we'll work through it with you.

Pricing

Clubs with fewer than 50 members use connectMyClub for free — all features included. Clubs with 50 or more members pay £1 per member per year, billed annually. So a club with 200 members pays £200 a year. There are no per-feature charges and no hidden fees.

Yes — every new club starts on a free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to sign up. Start your free trial today.

Yes. You can top up your subscription on a pro-rated basis at any point during the year as your membership grows. You only pay for what you need.

None. The annual subscription is all you pay. Setup help, onboarding support, and ongoing assistance are included at no extra cost.

The mobile app

Yes — and it's free for all club members. The connectMyClub app is available on iOS, Android, and as a web app (PWA). Members can view training sessions, sign up, message the club, access their membership card, and much more — all branded with your club's colours and logo.

No problem. The web app at https://app.connectmy.club/ works on any browser, including on a desktop or laptop. Members without a smartphone can access everything through a standard web browser.

Yes. Native companion apps are available for Garmin and Apple Watch, giving members their session details, group sign-up, live location sharing, and parkrun barcode directly from their wrist. Members can also sync GPX routes to their Garmin with a single tap.

Yes. The app displays your club name, logo, and colours throughout. To members it looks and feels like your club's own app.

Features

connectMyClub covers the full range of club management: training session management, member database and renewals, email and messaging, a club website, news and announcements, calendars, documents, surveys, event and race management, volunteering, safeguarding tools, and more. A small number of premium add-ons are available separately.

Yes. Clubs can set up membership categories, pricing, and renewal periods. Members renew and pay directly through the app. Stripe is used for payment processing, and club administrators get a real-time view of who has renewed and who hasn't.

connectMyClub has independent safeguarding switches giving clubs granular control over what junior members can see and do. All communication features are off by default for juniors. Guardian accounts let parents manage their child's membership from a single login. There is also the ActiveSafe anonymous harassment reporting tool for all members.

Yes. Every club gets a free public-facing website, automatically populated with your training sessions, calendar, news, and contact details. You can customise colours and content through the club portal.

Support

Every club gets a real person — we get to know you and your club so when you need help, you're not starting from scratch with a support ticket. Help sections are built into every page of the club portal and the member app, and you can always get in touch directly.
